Terms for the processing of personal data

  1. Introduction
    Under article .13 of the legislative decree N.196/2003 - “code regarding the protection of personal data” (here in after “code”), PR Electronic, as “owner” of the treatment of data is required to provide information about the use of your personal data.
  2. Source of personal data
    The collection of personal data by recording the data provided by the user, as an interested party by registering on the website.
  3. Purpose of the treatment of data
    The personal data is processed for the following purposes:
    1. The possibility of a rental quote for our equipment.
    2. The VAT or fiscal code are required to establish the legitimacy of a request by a company or private individual.
    To ensure efficient service, we inform the user that the data supplied could be used for verification purposes.
  4. Methods of data processing
    In relation to the purposes described, the processing of personal data takes place through manual input, and data collection by automated systems strictly related to the afore mentioned finality. So as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data, once the owner is satisfied, the data will be deleted or made anonymous.
  5. Optional supply of data
    The provision of data is optional. The refusal to supply data will result in that the user will not be able to request a rental quote for our equipment through the website.
  6. Categories of persons to whom the data maybe communicated or who can be made aware in the position of managers or agents.
    Your personal data will only be seen by site administrators, identified as trusted, exclusively for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 (Purpose of the treatment of data). Third party companies may become aware of personal data providing services for the website, after being designated as managers and accepting to agree to the terms of the treatment of personal data and ensuring and enforcing the same level of protection.
  7. Rights of the interested parties
    We also inform the user, that the legislation on the protection of personal data gives interested parties the possibility to action certain rights, according to the provisions of article. 7 of the “code” quoted below:
    1. you have the right to obtain confirmation of existence or not of personal data concerning companies or individuals even if not yet registered and their communication in intelligible form.
    2. You have the right to obtain information:
      1. origin of personal data;
      2. the purposes and methods of data collection and treatment;
      3. the logic applied in case of collection with the aid of electronic instruments;
      4. the identity of the owner, manager and representative appointed pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
      5. the subject s or categories of persons to whom personal data can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives.
    3. You have the right to:
      1. the updating, rectification and integration of data;
      2. the cancellation, anonymity or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data retention that is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
      3. certification that the operations in letters a and b have been notified, also in regards of the content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed. Except where such compliance is impossible or involves commitment disproportionate in relation to the projected rights.
      4. You have the right to object in whole or in part:
        1. for legitimate reasons of the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
        2. the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
  8. Owner and responsibilities of the treatment.
    The holder of the processing of personal data referred to in this statement is PR Electronic, based in Via Dei Lauri, 68. Information on the processing of personal data

PR Electronic of Pascai Carmelino & C. snc, with registered office in Via Dei Lauri, 68 00172 Rome (RM) Italy, VAT number 03997011006 (hereinafter "Owner"), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 D.Lgs. 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, "Privacy Code") and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:

1. Object of the treatment
The Owner processes personal data, such as name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank and payment details - hereinafter, "personal data" or even "data") that you have communicated in on the conclusion of contracts for the services of the Owner.

2. Purpose of the processing
Your personal data are processed without your express consent (Article 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:
- conclude the contracts for the services of the Owner;
- fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from relations with you in existence;
- fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as for anti-money laundering);
- exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to defense in court.

3. Processing methods
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing. The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes of service.

4. Access to data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2:
- to employees and collaborators of the Owner, in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal managers of the processing and / or system administrators;
- to third party companies or other subjects (as an indication, credit institutes, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Owner, in their capacity as external managers of treatment.

5. Data communication
Without the need for express consent (pursuant to Article 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the Owner may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2 to Supervisory Bodies (such as IVASS), Judicial Authorities, to insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of said purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.
Your information will not be disseminated.

6. Security
The data are kept and checked by adopting appropriate preventive security measures, aimed at minimizing the risks of loss and destruction, unauthorized access, non-authorized processing and different from the purposes for which the processing is carried out.

7. Data transfer
The management and conservation of personal data will take place in the European Union.

8. Rights of the interested party
In your capacity as an interested party, you have the right pursuant to art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:
i. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
ii. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;
iii. obtain: a) updating, rectification or integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
iv. to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right of limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
